Bookstore Manager offers 2 different packages for email marketing.  The first package we offer is EZ Receipts and Autoresponders.  The other package is the EZ Contact portion.  Now we will explain what each of these features do.

 

EZ Receipts

 

With EZ Receipts this gives you the opportunity to send your customers receipt via email.  You are also given the option to print the receipt as well.  On each receipt that is sent via email it will also promote featured products from your store. It also has a copy of the actual receipt.  They also feature a Facebook page and a link to your online website.  The top left of the email will feature your store logo.  The top right of the email will feature a "seasonal image".  This image will change with each season or holiday.  If you have an item on sale it will show your customer the sale price.  The main benefit of the EZ receipt program is to capture more email addresses so you can use those to promote products, store events and more.  Click the image to the right for a sample of an EZ Receipt.

 

Auto Responders (part of the EZ Receipts package)

 

The second part of the EZ Receipts program is Auto Responders.  An autoresponder is sent when a new customer is added to your mailing list through the POS program.  Once a new customer is added to your mailing list an automatic email is sent to your new customer welcoming them to your store.  The main reason for this program is to build an instant relationship with that customer by getting them back to your store.  It features a "bounce back" coupon for $5.00 good for their next visit.  They also feature a Facebook page and a link to your online website. The top left of the email will feature your store logo. The top right of the email will feature a "seasonal image". This image will change with each season or holiday. If you have an item on sale it will show your customer the sale price. The main benefit of the EZ receipt program is to capture more email addresses so you can use those to promote products, store events and more. EZ Contact

 

EZ Contact is our general email marketing program. It allows you to send out emails for the following: New Releases (sample to the right), Store Events, Newsletters, and Sales Catalogs. You can create emails for special events like author signings or concerts.  You can create a monthly newsletter.  You can create sales catalogs very quickly and easily.  It allows you to feature products and pulls the details about the products automatically.  You can also feature new releases when they first come out to get your customers coming inthe doors and buying the new products.  Click the image to the right for a sample of an EZ Contact email.

 

With all 3 of these packages they include automatic email bounces and unsubscribes.  When a customer clicks unsubscribe it automatically removes them from beings sent future emails.  If a bad email address is detected it removes that email address from your Bookstore Manager System automatically and allows you to get a good email address when they revisit the store.  This program directly links to Bookstore Manager saving you valuable time and money.
