Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-6pm
Our support staff is available from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. (U.S.
Central Time) Monday through Friday, except on the following U.S. holidays:

Saturday's and Sunday's from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. (U.S. Central Time). There
is an additional charge for Saturday and Sunday support calls. It is
primarily provided as a way to get emergency help if your Point-of-Sale is not
functional.
