Credit Card Setup Information
You need to contact a merchant service provider. You can contact
your local bank or any merchant service provider that uses MAPP or VITAL
(VisaNet). Here is a list of some national merchant service providers.

Please note that our Vital interface works only
over an Internet connection (using SSL) in a Microsoft®
Windows®-based network. One computer on the
network must have Internet access, preferably using DSL or a
cable modem.
Getting Started
Please print out the Merchant Services
Pre-App form. When you have completely filled out the form, please fax
it to us at 325-673-0527. If you have questions, you can send an email message
to: MerchantServices@bsmgr.com,
or contact your account manager at 800-997-6724.
If you choose to use another company to provide your merchant services, you must
return the MAPP
or VITAL
Credit Card Set-up Sheet to Bookstore Manager. You can have the provider fill
out the form, our you can fill out the form yourself based on the information
provided by them. The form must be completely and legibly filled out before it
can be processed. Please provide contact information for the bank/processor in
case we have any questions or encounter any problems with your set up.
NOTE: Bookstore Manager uses Track 1 data from credit card swipes for MAPP
and VITAL authorization.
